The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead and scale our German business. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales organization within one of Europe's most important healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with European growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a team of sales professionals across Germany
  • Drive revenue growth across hospital, private clinic, and imaging center segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including radiologists, clinicians, procurement teams, and C-level decision-makers
  • Identify and secure major tenders and long-term strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, service, and product teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory dynamics
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in medical imaging / radiology / healthcare technology sales
  • Significant experience in a senior sales leadership role (e.g. Sales Director, Head of Sales)
  • Strong knowledge of the German healthcare system and procurement processes
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value capital equipment sales cycles
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel across Germany as requiredi
