The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead and scale our German business. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales organization within one of Europe's most important healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with European growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and expand a team of sales professionals across Germany
- Drive revenue growth across hospital, private clinic, and imaging center segments
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including radiologists, clinicians, procurement teams, and C-level decision-makers
- Identify and secure major tenders and long-term strategic partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, service, and product teams
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory dynamics
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Your Profile
- Proven track record in medical imaging / radiology / healthcare technology sales
- Significant experience in a senior sales leadership role (e.g. Sales Director, Head of Sales)
- Strong knowledge of the German healthcare system and procurement processes
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value capital equipment sales cycles
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel across Germany as requiredi
