QA Operations Specialist (Day & Night Shift Openings)

We're partnering with a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing organization seeking multiple QA Operations Specialists to support GMP manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on quality role supporting manufacturing in real time, providing QA oversight on the production floor, reviewing documentation, assisting with deviations, and serving as a key quality resource to operations teams.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or related manufacturing experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations from a Quality perspective
• Batch record review experience
• Deviation, non-conformance, or investigation experience
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements
• Ability to make sound quality decisions and work cross-functionally with manufacturing teams
• Experience with quality systems and electronic documentation platforms preferred

Openings Available:

• Day Shift

Compensation:

• $88K-$102K base salary
• Annual bonus
• Shift differential available where applicable
