Visual Inspection Consultant - 12-Month Contract - Normandy, France

We are currently supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Normandy that is seeking an experienced Visual Inspection Consultant to join on a 12-month contract.

This is a hands-on, operational role focused on supporting visual inspection activities across sterile manufacturing lines, with a strong emphasis on process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support across manual, semi-automated, and automated visual inspection processes
• Act as an SME for semi-automated inspection, ensuring efficient and compliant operations
• Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives within inspection activities
• Assist with process optimisation to enhance inspection efficiency and reduce defects
• Contribute to validation activities including qualification and re-validation of inspection processes
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to site personnel

Required Profile

• Strong experience within visual inspection, ideally in sterile / injectable products
• Proven expertise in semi-automatic inspection systems (essential)
• Recent, hands-on experience working in GMP-regulated environments
• Ability to support validation, optimisation, and training activities
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, shop floor-focused role
