Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support a major data centre project based in Tournai, Belgium. This is an on-site role suited to a highly motivated and proactive professional with a strong background in project engineering within electrical environments, including hands-on involvement in electrical cabinet installation and data centre infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support electrical engineering aspects of data centre projects
• Supervise and coordinate electrical cabinet installation, including assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure electrical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in line with technical specifications and standards
• Monitor on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Support planning, scheduling, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project timelines
• Provide technical expertise across electrical systems within a data centre environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in electrical engineering and project engineering
• Proven on-site data centre experience
• Experience with electrical cabinet installation, wiring, and commissioning
• Solid understanding of electrical systems in critical infrastructure environments
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site deliverables effectively

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
