Role: Director of Manufacturing Operations

Location: Houston, TX (on-site)

EPM is partnered with a diagnostics company whose product is at the peak of its adoption curve, in a high demand market, and has direct impact on patient outcomes. The company began their commercial rollout last year and they're looking for an experienced leader to provide strategic leadership across manufacturing operations and establish scalable manufacturing systems and structures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across manufacturing operations, outsourced partners, supply chain coordination, and operational infrastructure in a regulated environment.
• Establish and scale manufacturing systems, governance frameworks, and ERP-integrated workflows to support commercial growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee supplier and vendor performance through KPI-driven governance, ensuring continuity, quality, and reliability of supply.
• Lead manufacturing scale-up and process transfer from development into routine production while maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, life sciences, supply chain, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in MedTech manufacturing operations
• Experience managing outsourced manufacturing, external suppliers, and complex supply chain networks.
• Implemented ERP-based manufacturing systems and supporting operational scale-up initiatives.
