This role is focused on applying AI to accelerate discovery in therapeutics and molecular design. You'll help shape technical strategy and deliver solutions that power next-generation biotech startups. Their portfolio includes some of the most recognized companies in oncology, rare disease, and beyond.
Role:
- You will set the direction for AI initiatives across multiple early-stage programs, translating ambitious ideas into practical strategies.
- This includes leading development of computational methods and platforms for molecular modeling, protein design, and automated workflows.
- You'll ensure rigor in model design, benchmarking, and scaling, while scouting emerging research to identify new opportunities.
- The role requires strong leadership where you will be driving results through cross-functional teams with a proven ability to influence technical decisions in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related fields
- Strong track record of impactful research or applied ML projects
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
