The opportunity:
- Own and execute strategic account plans across IDNs, AMCs, and key specialty centers
- Drive formulary access and support integration into treatment protocols, EMRs, and care pathways
- Build relationships with clinicians, pharmacy stakeholders, and administrators to expand utilization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical, and Patient Support teams
- Lead pull-through initiatives to ensure patients can access therapy following formulary approval
- Provide ongoing market insights around access, competition, and account opportunities
What they're looking for:
- 5-8 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience, including 2-3+ years in account-based or institutional roles
- Diabetes/endocrinology experience required
- Experience working with IDNs, AMCs, or large health systems
