HR Generalist Netherlands
Top Medtech organisation is seeking a HR Generalist to support its expanding team in the Limburg region. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a highly regulated, innovative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support across the Netherlands, partnering with employees and managers on HR-related queries
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Dutch labour law and internal policies
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and supporting candidate experience
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR data reporting
- Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and process improvements
- Partner with senior HR colleagues to support performance management and employee relations cases
- Ensure HR systems are updated and data integrity is maintained
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-6 years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of Dutch labour law and HR best practices
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop within HR
Preferred Experience
- Experience within a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals)
- Exposure to HRIS systems and payroll processes
- Experience supporting recruitment or talent coordination
