The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the heart of the customer journey, acting as the trusted point of contact for enquiries, ensuring seamless order management, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience from the initial enquiry through to final delivery, making a tangible impact on both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships in partnership with Sales Engineers and Account Managers
  • Support new customer onboarding and actively promote digital tools and e-commerce solutions
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from entry through to invoicing
  • Handle customer enquiries, returns, and claims with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain high-quality, accurate data within CRM and ERP systems
  • Support procurement processes, including purchase orders and supplier follow-ups
  • Monitor receivables and contribute to overall data integrity and operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics and dispatch activities where required to ensure timely delivery
