Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and communicate clear business plans and goals to drive market leadership, uphold integrity and compliance, and strengthen customer loyalty and profitability.
  • Manage and develop the sales team, overseeing hiring, coaching, performance management, and capability building while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
  • Drive sales strategy and execution, including setting sales plans, implementing TND initiatives, managing CRM usage, optimizing budgets, and achieving revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee marketing strategy and portfolio management, including marketing plans, promotional tools, field insights, and competitive analysis to support market share and product performance.
  • Ensure effective inventory and demand management through accurate forecasting, collaboration with supply chain, and maintaining strong communication with customers during stock situations.
  • Build strong business and stakeholder relationships, monitor competitor activities, manage expenses and budgets, support tenders and regulatory processes, and uphold company policies and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Marketing and/or Sales, Business, Science or equivalent.
  • Min 6 years of relevant sales experience within the healthcare industry, especially in medical devices / pharmaceutical industries with exposure to hospital channels.
  • Comes with approximately 2 years of experience leading a team with sustained high performance.
  • Advantageous if possess pharmacy / pharmacist background; or have engaged with anaesthesiologists before.
