Location: Chicago, Illinois (Remote)

Salary: $105,000-$115,000 + Commission+Bonus+Benefits

Currently helping a fast growing, global, biotech organization with cutting edge technology identify a Business Development Manager. Focused on advancing antibody-based drug discovery and development, this growing organization offers an extensive library of over 1 million, fully human antibody sequences that target more than 1,000 disease related proteins, fostering worldwide collaborations. By taking research to new heights, you'll have the opportunity to revolutionize healthcare while prioritizing research.

Responsibilities:

* Master both Science and Business Skills in pre-clinical pharmacology, immuno-oncology and mouse model gene engineering

* Attend trade shows/conferences and develop long standing relationships with key decision makers in biotech and biopharma organizations

* Support the Marketing Team in both branding and awareness of services and products

Requirements:

* Ph.D in bio-science or scientific related field

* Strong interest to learn sales in bio-pharmaceutical science and business

* Proven track record of revenue generation is a plus

* Willingness to travel

* Excellent soft-skills, written and oral communication skills

* Keen attention to detail and ability to move in a fast-paced environment
