ABOUT THE ROLE

A digital healthcare platform is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional for the position of Sales Manager - Agency Relations (m/f/d). The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling a suite of awareness and media products to agencies within the DACH region.

This role requires strong relationship‑building skills and a solid understanding of the agency landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding business opportunities. A strong hunter mentality is essential for securing new partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell customized media and awareness solutions
  • Support both the strategic and operational development of B2B sales
  • Leverage a wide range of sales channels, including social media
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature
  • Represent the company at networking and industry events

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Several years of professional experience within an agency environment, ideally media-focused
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage, but not required
  • Self‑driven, independent, and proactive approach to work
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluency in both English and German
