Area Sales Manager - South West Germany (Ophthalmology)
Location: South West Germany | Field-Based

We're seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead growth across South West Germany, representing a high-quality portfolio of ophthalmic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, surgical teams, and clinical stakeholders
• Deliver product presentations, training, and support to healthcare professionals
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback integration

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven sales experience in medical devices, ideally within ophthalmology or surgical environments
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and customer needs in ophthalmic settings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
