My client is a global pharmaceutical company and they are currently seeking for a System Maintenance Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all equipment is running at peak performance levels by overseeing regular inspections, performing preventative maintenance tasks, scheduling repairs when needed.
Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency
Manage inventory of spare parts
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Oversee training programs
The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years' experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role within Pharmaceuticals/Warehouse sector.
A degree/diploma/certificate qualification relevant field along with strong communication skills both written & verbal would be highly preferred.
Expertise on Automation systems such as Programmable Logic Controllers(PLCs), Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(SCADA).
Experience working on warehouse management software(WMS)
