Senior Director, Clinical Operations
Location: USA (remote)
We're working with a fast-growing oncology biotech who work globally in phases I-IV.
Position Overview:
This company is looking for a Senior Director who will play a pivotal role in driving and managing their ongoing clinical trials and ensuring the success of the team. The team's C-Suite is second to none and they are looking for the right person to join them.
We've worked with their team for 3 years and the management team values EPM's candidate submissions as we've placed multiple people with them in other verticals previously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 15 people from CTA-Director of Clinical Operations
- Collaborate with our clinical operations team to oversee clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas globally
- Ensure international clinical trials timelines are hit regularly
- Provide leadership across the clinical operations team in various therapeutic areas
- Manage vendors and communicate with sponsor effectively and often
- Develop SOP's, INDs, and NDA's when needed
Qualifications:
- Must have 10+ years of Clinical Operations experience, 2 years being at the Director level or above
- People management experience
- Longevity in positions (3-5 years per company)
- BS/BA in relevant Scientific discipline
- Strong oncology background
