Title: Senior Clinical Trial/Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Trial Manager for one of our clients, a mid-size pharma company that focuses on rare disease and autoimmune clinical trials located in New Jersey. If you have experience managing complex global trials from start to finish while fostering relationships with key stakeholders, then this might be the perfect role for you!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within clinical trial/project management
- Strong knowledge of EPM software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Skills:
Project Management Skills:
As the successful candidate, it is expected that your project management skills will enable you to develop cost-effective plans which ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
Clinical Operations Knowledge:
Your expertise should demonstrate comprehensive understanding regarding all aspects surrounding international regulations governing pharmaceutical development such GCP/ICH guidelines along with relevant Health Authority requirements.
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
* Oversee operational planning & execution across Phase I-IIb programs.
* Develop effective recruitment strategies ensuring enrollment targets goals are being met regularly throughout study duration
* Proactively identify potential risks/events threatening timelines/successful completion by developing contingency measures accordingly
Salary Range: starting at $150000 base annually
