Quality Manager
Seeking a Quality Manager for a Med Device company based in Beverly, MA. Role involves previous experience with QMS implementation and maintenance as it pertains to ISO 13485 regulations/compliance. This position is a weekly hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite).
Job Description:
- Implement and maintain QMS compliant to ISO 13485
- Implement quality improvement activities (Six Sigma/Kaizen) to improve company performance
- Establish quality metrics to improve quality processes and systems
- Perform RCAs and CAPAs as needed
- Employee/departmental management
- Monitor vendors and vendor performance, as well as work with suppliers and customers to ensure corrective actions are completed
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience within Med Device/familiar with ISO 13485 regulations
- Experience hands on with quality management systems implementation
- Preferrence for previous experience in management/lead position
