Title: Manager, Business Operations & Transparency Reporting
Location: New Jersey - Hybrid 2x on site
Responsibilities:
- Work with 3rd party service provider to ensure accuracy, completition, and integrity of data being submitted to the Federal and State.
- Experience working with HCPs
- Be able to prepare data feeds in relation to spend data
- Experience working with cross-functional business units
- Support the 3rd part vendor with HCP engagements and systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of Sunshine Act
- 3-5 years Pharma experience
- 3 years of aggregate spend experience
- Experience assisting with state marketing disclosures and requirments
