We are actively recruiting for an Associate Director, Clinical Data Manager who wants be apart of a cutting-edge Oncology company based in Boston.
This candidate will drive all data management activities along with having direct two reports (50/50 split)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Data management functions with multiple clinical studies while collaborating with the Clinical Development team
- Contributing to the full leadership with clinical strategies to deliver projects in a timely manner
- Reviews AND approves on all CRO-related projects and documents
- Responsible for the slection parnership process with the CRO.
Education
- BA/BS in any scientific field
- 6+ years of pharma/CRO experience
- Proficient in EDC/DMT/Medidata Rave along with CDISC
