Trade Distribution Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Commercial Operations and Trade Operations activities within a highly regulated healthcare environment. This role will focus on pricing investigations, contract validation, data management, and resolving operational discrepancies across customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate pricing, invoicing, and order discrepancies
- Support credit/rebill requests and issue resolution
- Validate customer pricing and contract eligibility
- Maintain and update customer master data records
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams
- Support order management and customer account activities
- Research and resolve data quality issues
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and business rules
- Generate reports and provide operational support as needed
Required Experience
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries
- Background in Commercial Operations, Trade Operations, Pricing Operations, Customer Operations, Contract Administration, or Order Management
- Experience investigating pricing, billing, or customer account issues
- Knowledge of customer master data maintenance and management
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
