The Team Leader Will Be Responsible For:

  • Lead a sales team, driving sales activities and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
  • Foster the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
  • Engage directly with customers during site visits and support endoscopic procedures, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Expand customer base through active prospecting and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Represent the company at industry congresses, trade fairs, and training events.
  • Deliver technical presentations and hands-on training sessions to medical professionals.

The Team Leader Should Have The Following Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven management experience with a field sales team.
  • Background in medical product sales.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office and CRM platforms.
