Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic Medical Affairs plans.
- Provide scientific and medical input into regional strategy for the assigned therapeutic area.
- Support messaging and claims development with evidence-based medical insights.
- Assist in planning and implementing post-market and Phase IV studies, as well as preregistration study strategies.
- Collaborate on launch planning, indication expansion, and lifecycle management.
- Develop content for scientific publications, including whitepapers, peer-reviewed articles, posters, and educational materials.
- Respond to medical inquiries and engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Maintain professional relationships with medical experts and stakeholders using non-promotional, evidence-based materials.
- Support advisory board planning and execution.
- Deliver fair-balanced scientific and educational information to healthcare providers.
- Participate in internal and external training initiatives.
- Provide support for medical promotional review processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advanced degrees preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs or related fields.
- Experience in Eye Care/Ophthalmology space heavily preferred
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.
- Full-time position (40 hours/week).
