EPM Scientific are leading the search for a Senior Director of Dermatology in Global Medical Affairs to join their team in Boston, MA. This permanent opportunity will position you as a vital contributor, representing Global Medical Affairs while fostering strong relationships with key figures such as global and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic leaders, and patient advocacy groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Global Medical Affairs (GMA) and act as the global medical leader for dermatology-related initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with global and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic leaders, and patient advocacy groups to facilitate scientific exchange and elevate advocacy efforts.
  • Support training and capability-building programs to enhance the competencies of our client's team.

Key Skills

  • Dermatology Expertise: Deep understanding and experience in dermatology within medical affairs to drive impactful programs and initiatives.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster strong relationships with global KOLs, academic leaders, and advocacy groups to advance strategic objectives.
  • Medical Leadership: A history of leading medical initiatives at a global scale, ensuring an alignment with the broader organizational objectives.
  • Training and Development: Passion for capability-building by designing and supporting training initiatives to empower teams.

Location

Boston, USA - 3 days per week onsite.
