What You'll Do
- Lead automation projects from concept through implementation, validation, and production launch.
- Drive the integration of robotics, vision systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Identify and implement automation solutions that increase capacity, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
- Serve as the site's automation expert, providing technical leadership and partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience developing and deploying automation solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of robotics, machine vision, industrial automation, or advanced manufacturing systems.
- Proven ability to lead projects, solve complex technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Experience
- Medical device, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- PLC programming, controls engineering, or equipment integration.
- Process validation, equipment qualification, and manufacturing optimization.
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
