Your Responsibilities
As a QA Investigator, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance by:
- Leading and conducting thorough investigations into critical deviations and Out-of-Specification (OOS) results across all departments.
- Performing comprehensive root cause analyses and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Documenting investigation outcomes with precision and clarity.
- Preparing GMP risk assessments and managing Change Control
- Supporting regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.
Your Profile
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with:
- A completed degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar); a PhD is a plus.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment or quality management, particularly in deviation handling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and assertively.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in cross-functional teamwork.
- A knack for writing clear and concise reports, SOPs, and risk assessments.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., Minitab®) is an advantage.
