Who We're Looking For:
We're interested in connecting with experienced professionals across all areas of Market Access, including:
- Market Access Professionals: Developing access strategies, payer engagement initiatives, and market access planning.
- National & Regional Account Directors: Managing payer, PBM, health plan, GPO, and organized customer relationships.
- Field Reimbursement Managers: Supporting provider offices and patients through reimbursement and access challenges.
- Trade & Channel Professionals: Managing distribution strategies, specialty pharmacy relationships, and channel operations.
- Pricing & Contracting Professionals: Supporting value demonstration, pricing strategy, and payer negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, payer, or Market Access organizations.
- Background in payer strategy, account management, reimbursement, trade, pricing, contracting, HEOR, or related functions.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
- Track record of supporting patient access and commercial success.
