Role Overview
They're seeking a digitally savvy Head of Marketing with strong SEO expertise and experience in aesthetic laser marketing. This role leads company-wide marketing strategy, manages a high-performing team, and drives lead generation to support sales growth. A passion for turning clients into loyal advocates is essential.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: manage a growing, award-winning marketing team.
- New Product Launches: coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to plan and execute successful product launches.
- Marketing Technology & Automation: lead generation strategy development and oversee lead capture, nurturing, and reporting systems.
- Product Marketing Materials: guide branding, positioning, and messaging for brochures and marketing assets across product lines and new verticals.
- Website Product Updates: partner with Digital Marketing to update web content with strong branding and targeted messaging.
- Competitive Analysis: conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and improve team knowledge.
- Content Creation: lead blog, webinar, and video initiatives focused on laser technology and the aesthetic industry.
- Trade Shows: oversee budgeting, planning, and execution of trade show strategy to drive awareness and sales.
- Product Training: coordinate with engineering and clinical teams to deliver ongoing product and treatment education.
- Market Research: analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to uncover insights and opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience marketing aesthetic laser products
- Proven ability to build lead generation strategies from the ground up
- Strong experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and WordPress
- Expert-level knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
- Prior team management experience
- Willingness to travel 10-20% within the U.S.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
