Summary:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across complex business programs, using sound judgement and influencing key stakeholders to deliver critical business objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team responsible for external partner engagement, supplier strategy, and business-critical service delivery.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on partner strategy, market dynamics, and opportunities to enhance value across externally managed services.
  • Lead complex commercial discussions and negotiations with strategic partners, supporting long-term business objectives and sustainable growth.
  • Influence organisational decision-making through market insight, data-driven recommendations, and strong stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Significant experience leading strategic partnerships, external operations, commercial strategy, or service provider management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
  • Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and driving complex business initiatives in a global environment.
  • Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Deep understanding of the pharma/biotech landscape and how organisations leverage external partners to support growth and innovation.
