A leading life sciences company is seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager with deep expertise in blood cell technologies or cell and gene therapy. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and builder who understands the market landscape and can drive growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across European territories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
  • Understand customer workflows and product usage to inform portfolio development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and R&D.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the life sciences sector.
  • Expertise in blood cells or cell and gene therapy is essential.
  • Strategic mindset with a "builder" mentality - able to shape and grow a portfolio.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
