Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across European territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Understand customer workflows and product usage to inform portfolio development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and R&D.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Strong background in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology).
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the life sciences sector.
- Expertise in blood cells or cell and gene therapy is essential.
- Strategic mindset with a "builder" mentality - able to shape and grow a portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.
