Their mission is to create scalable, ethically sourced datasets and computational tools that enable breakthroughs in diagnostics, biomarker discovery, and therapeutic development. By combining multi-modal biological data with cutting-edge machine learning, we aim to accelerate research and deliver impact where traditional approaches have fallen short.
The Role
You'll operate at the intersection of advanced machine learning and biomedical science to bridge computational innovation with real-world biological complexity.
- Design and implement ML models for multi-modal integration across genomics, immune profiling, and clinical datasets.
- Develop predictive and generative approaches for biomarker discovery, patient stratification, and therapeutic hypothesis generation.
- Collaborate closely with biologists, clinicians, and data engineers to ensure models are interpretable, robust, and clinically meaningful.
- Contribute to research strategy, from experimental design to deployment, and publish findings that advance the field.
What You'll Bring
- Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline.
- Strong foundation in deep learning and representation learning, with experience applying these to biological or clinical data.
- Ability to navigate both computational and experimental contexts-comfortable discussing assay design as well as model architecture.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX); familiarity with distributed training and cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and translating complex results into actionable insights.
