Research Scientist
Position Overview
A highly motivated and detail‑oriented Research Scientist is sought to support an expanding aging and retinal assay platform. This role centers on elucidating mechanisms of aging and retinal degeneration and contributes to a broader portfolio of neurodegenerative disease initiatives.
Working under the guidance of the Principal Investigator, you will lead key experimental workflows and assay pipelines using rodent models and ex vivo tissues. The position requires generating high‑quality molecular, cellular, and imaging data to inform therapeutic discovery. It is well suited for a scientist who excels in hands‑on translational research and in developing robust, reproducible assays that can be leveraged across multiple projects.
About the Organization
The organization is a biotechnology enterprise focused on creating innovative therapies for complex neurodegenerative and age‑associated disorders. Its work integrates decades of scientific research with a forward‑looking strategy that combines proprietary bioactive compounds and AI‑driven insights derived from disease‑specific data.
