About the Role
As a TAS, you'll lead efforts to educate and engage healthcare professionals across Spain on advanced lung volume reduction therapies. Your mission is to build strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, thoracic surgeons, rehabilitation centers, and patient associations-empowering them with knowledge and tools to identify and refer eligible patients for treatment.
You'll be the connector between referring physicians and treating centers, ensuring seamless collaboration and improved patient outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical education, strategic outreach, and relationship management in a role that truly makes a difference.
What You'll Do
- Drive Awareness: Develop and execute targeted strategies to inform COPD networks about innovative lung volume reduction solutions.
- Educate & Influence: Deliver impactful presentations, roundtables, and peer-to-peer sessions to clarify patient selection criteria and share success stories.
- Collaborate: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize referral pathways and case conversion.
- Support Sales & Adoption: Assist with case coverage and reinforce product adoption within existing accounts.
- Track & Report: Document activities in CRM, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to regional educational initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to influence clinical decision-making through data-driven discussions.
- Experience in B2B, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to travel across Spain.
