About the Role
As a Marketing Director in the medical device space, you will partner closely with senior leadership to shape and execute commercial strategy. You'll align marketing initiatives with business objectives to accelerate market adoption, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance customer engagement. Typical areas of impact include:
- Brand strategy and product positioning across device portfolios
- Integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation for clinical and commercial audiences
- Market research, VOC, and competitive landscape analysis
- Digital engagement, omnichannel strategy, and customer experience optimization
- Collaboration with commercial, R&D, clinical, and digital teams to support product launches and lifecycle management
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading teams or strategic initiatives
- Deep experience in the medical device industry (capital equipment, disposables, diagnostics, digital health, or related sectors)
- Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to influence cross‑functional and executive stakeholders
- Proven success managing multi-channel marketing programs across regional or global markets
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or marketing certifications preferred
