This is a opportunity to join a high-performing IT team that supports commercial operations worldwide. You'll play a key role in enhancing business processes, improving system performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences across the Salesforce platform.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as a Level 2 support expert for Salesforce, resolving complex issues and ensuring platform stability
- Customize and extend Salesforce using Flows, APEX, Lightning Components, and other declarative tools
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware
- Act as a subject matter expert for sales processes and Salesforce best practices
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and proactively improve the platform
- Maintain sandbox environments and support testing and deployment processes
- Collaborate with global teams, especially in the US and Europe, requiring occasional late-hour availability
What You Bring:
- 5-7 years of Salesforce development and administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Manufacturing Cloud
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, data modeling, and integration tools
- Required certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Advanced Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Developer I (Developer II is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work across cultures and time zones
- A structured, business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, medical devices)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
