Are you a Salesforce expert ready to make a global impact? We're working with a leading international company in the medical device space to find a Senior Developer who can help scale and optimize their Salesforce ecosystem across multiple regions.

This is a opportunity to join a high-performing IT team that supports commercial operations worldwide. You'll play a key role in enhancing business processes, improving system performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences across the Salesforce platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as a Level 2 support expert for Salesforce, resolving complex issues and ensuring platform stability
  • Customize and extend Salesforce using Flows, APEX, Lightning Components, and other declarative tools
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware
  • Act as a subject matter expert for sales processes and Salesforce best practices
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and proactively improve the platform
  • Maintain sandbox environments and support testing and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with global teams, especially in the US and Europe, requiring occasional late-hour availability

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years of Salesforce development and administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Manufacturing Cloud
  • Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, data modeling, and integration tools
  • Required certifications:
    • Salesforce Administrator
    • Advanced Administrator
    • Platform App Builder
    • Developer I (Developer II is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • A structured, business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, medical devices)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
  • A passion for improving user experience and driving platform adoption
