Role Overview
This field-based role is critical in driving product adoption and building strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and a passion for improving patient access to life-changing rare malignant hematological treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals.
- Meet and strive to exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives by developing territory-specific sales strategies and plans.
- Achieve territory sales goals/targets on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
- Leverage selling skills to increase overall sales within the defined geography.
Experience and Skills
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales required; oncology, hematology, or rare disease required.
- Experience with buy & bill and long sales cycles a plus.
- Ability to manage large territories effectively.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
- Strong compensation package with incentives.
