The Role
As the Head of Quality & Transformation, you will lead strategic quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations while driving continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our quality systems and transformation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies in line with pharmaceutical regulations
- Lead continuous improvement and transformation projects within the quality framework
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and innovation
- Oversee audits, risk assessments, and quality control procedures
- Drive a culture of quality and operational excellence throughout the company
Who You Are
- Experienced leader in pharmaceutical quality assurance, ideally within packaging or biomedical sectors
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and driving quality improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Germany
