Contract Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Regional Medical team across Europe, fostering a culture of high performance, integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning across all affiliate medical organizations.
- Define, execute, and oversee the European Medical Plan, ensuring alignment with global medical strategies, regional priorities, and individual country brand plans.
- Build and maintain trusted scientific partnerships with European medical experts, professional societies, academic institutions, health authorities, patient advocacy groups, and HTA bodies.
- Collaborate closely with regional commercial, market access, and health economics teams to support evidence strategies, access initiatives, and scientific components of European brand plans.
Requirements:
- Advanced scientific qualification, ideally an M.D.; alternatively a Ph.D. or Pharm.D. with substantial clinical and scientific expertise relevant to European healthcare environments.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development, with demonstrated impact at both affiliate and regional/global levels.
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership of multi‑country medical teams, ideally within Europe, including responsibility for capability development, culture, and performance management.
