Salary: $184,000-$249,400 (USD) + Competitive Bonus + Pre-IPO Equity

The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for:
- Take charge of planning, launching, and managing clinical studies, ensuring they progress smoothly from early-stage testing to late-phase validation.
- Influence the broader clinical roadmap by introducing forward-thinking tools, refining workflows, and championing smarter, faster ways to run trials.
- Offer deep operational insight to guide study planning, documentation, and execution, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory alignment.
- Lead with vision-coaching clinical staff, fostering collaboration, and building strong alliances with both internal teams and external partners.
The Director of Clinical Operations should have the following qualifications:
- Possesses a strong academic foundation in life sciences or healthcare, equipping them to navigate complex clinical landscapes with confidence.
- Brings a decade of hands-on experience in clinical operations, including recent leadership roles in fast-paced biotech settings where adaptability and cross-functional collaboration are key.
- Has deep, sponsor-side experience managing early-phase oncology studies, with a sharp understanding of the nuances and demands of Phase 1 and 2 trials.
- Demonstrates fluency in global clinical regulations and a history of guiding teams through efficient, compliant trial execution-while building strong partnerships across stakeholders.
