$80,000 to $90,000 + OTE of $135,000 + complete benefits package

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, supporting their research objectives with tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all aspects of service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, client engagement, or technical support within the life sciences sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with vivarium operations, laboratory equipment, or research compliance standards is a plus.
- At least 4 years of sales experience to research institutions, universities, and clients within the life sciences.
- Track record of stability and longevity in current or previous positions.
