I'm seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead the US Rare Disease Marketing efforts. This permanent role is based in Massachusetts, with 2-3 days per week on-site. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients in the rare disease segment. Your leadership will drive impactful, patient-focused campaigns that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HCP and patient marketing strategies for rare diseases.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and global initiatives.
- Utilize your expertise to effectively position products in the market.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with a strong focus on the US market.
- Proven expertise in the rare disease sector is essential.
- In-line product experience preferred.
- Track record of developing successful HCP and patient marketing strategies.
- Global experience preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
- $270,000-$280,000 annual salary.
- 30% performance bonus.
- Long-term incentives (LTI).
