Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, monitor project profitability, and support accurate billing and reporting practices.
  • Use Veeva systems or similar platforms to manage content through regulatory review and approval processes.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to define scope, establish timelines, allocate budgets, and plan resources.
  • Prepare and distribute routine client communications that summarize the current project status and outline immediate action items.
  • Partner with strategy and digital teams to plan and deliver campaign components across channels, such as web, CRM, digital advertising, and more.
  • Contribute to agency growth by supporting new business initiatives, including proposals and pitch research.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably with a focus on healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare and biotech landscape, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA guidance).
  • Experience developing content for both healthcare professionals and consumer audiences.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • A demonstrated ability to multitask, solve problems independently, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
