Project Engineer

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our high-performing manufacturing team in Poland for a full-time, on-site position. This is an exciting 18-24 month contract opportunity with a focus on process improvement, new product introduction, and driving engineering excellence in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a world-class manufacturing operation through Six Sigma methodologies, process improvement, and issue resolution.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across product and process challenges.
  • Monitor line performance, identify systemic issues, and implement structured event plans for resolution.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation aligned with GMP standards.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) focused on technical and operational advancements.
  • Support process transfers from R&D or other facilities, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Deliver engineering support for new product/process introductions, in line with internal NPD (New Product Development) processes.
  • Execute full process validation (VP, IQ, OQ, PQ) and ensure comprehensive documentation.
  • Conduct Gauge R&R studies to support robust measurement systems.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and perform other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Proven expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD) and process validation documentation.
  • Background in leading or contributing to cross-functional project work.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
  • Engineering Degree (preferred or equivalent experience).
