Production Engineer
A leading Pharmaceutical company focused on healthcare solutions are looking for two Production Engineers to come and join their team in Singapore.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
- Dispensing raw materials and following SOPs to manufacture pharmaceutical products.
- Documentation of batch manufacturing records.
- Support production method validation development, reporting to accepted regulatory standards.
- Prepare SOPs, WIs and ERs for use by production operators.
- Train production operators on equipment and SOPs
- Maintain facilities acceptable pharmaceutical standards along with good housekeeping and cleanliness in the lab area.
- Enforcement of safety rules in compliance with safety regulations, operation and maintenance of equipment
- Perform other ad hoc duties related to company projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE
- Demonstrated experience in a regulated manufacturing industry, ideally pharmaceutical/biotech
- Bachelors in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Pharmaceutical Sciences
- 1-2 years of experience in formulation development especially injectable process development
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, sterile manufacturing, process development and validation
- Ability to adapt working style according to the needs of the projects, both as an individual contributor and as part of a small team
- Proven work alongside researchers, scientists and/or chemists to deliver on long-term projects
- Technical writing skills, especially in standard operating procedures
- Strong knowledge in pharmaceutical quality systems
