EPM is supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organization in their search for their next leader in Pricing Strategy to join their team. This individual leads the strategic pricing and contracting vision for the Influenza and Covid franchises, including launch planning, platform innovation, and global coordination across stakeholders. It requires deep expertise in pricing dynamics, government reimbursement, and competitive analysis to guide high-impact decisions that shape long-term business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Define market vision and strategy by analyzing customer behavior, reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics to drive pricing and contracting innovation for Influenza and Covid franchises.
  • Lead development of new and existing contract platforms with a focus on cross-channel optimization and customer-centric solutions that enhance market competitiveness.
  • Manage government pricing risks by ensuring private sector decisions are vetted for compliance and financial impact, including trade-off analytics and forecasting.
  • Own product pricing strategy across launch planning, sensitivity analysis, and optimization modeling to align with corporate objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional execution and global alignment of pricing rationale, ensuring compliance with financial controls and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees are preferred.
  • 7+ years related experience
  • Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives across complex organizational landscapes.
  • Skilled in making high-impact decisions under uncertainty and tight timelines, with a strong grasp of legal, compliance, and health economics frameworks.
  • Demonstrates strategic leadership through alignment-building, negotiation, and collaboration across cross-functional and global teams.
