Key Account Manager for Top Pharma Accounts
Base: $140,000-$160,000 + bonus
Location: California - Remote Position
We are seeking a strategic, Key Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with top-tier clients, (Top 20 Pharma companies), in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. This role is ideal for someone who's proficient with SaaS offerings and thrives in a data-driven/analytic environment, understands the complexities of regulatory compliance and quality assurance along with SaaS and A.I technology. This individual will confidently connect and build relationships with VP's, CIO's, General Counsel team members, and other IT associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level clients in pharma and med-tech sectors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage dataand analytics to improve regulatory compliance and operational quality.
- Develop account plans, drive renewals, and identify up-sell opportunities, while providing white glove service.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
- Stay informed on evolving regulatory trends and translate insights into client strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Key Account Management with solid SaaS, Regulatory, Data, and Analytic experience.
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to thrive in a fast paced, SaaS based start-up, handle multiple key accounts and follow-through on deadlines with minimal supervision
- An ability to provide white glove service to C-level individuals such as CIO's, CTO's, VP's and other IT associates.
- An energetic person with an initiative to self-motivate, and work closely with sales teams to develop strategies to ensure the client is satisfied.
