Clinical Research Associate

Location: San Francisco, CA

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 (USD)

The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for:

  • Ensure every document is collected and every regulation is met-your attention to detail keeps the entire trial legally sound and audit-ready.
  • Track progress, flag milestones, and keep the team in sync
  • Offer deep operational insight to guide study planning, documentation, and execution, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory alignment.
  • Lead with vision-coaching clinical staff, fostering collaboration, and building strong alliances with both internal teams and external partners.

The Clinical Research Associate should have the following qualifications:

  • Experienced in pharmaceutical clinical trials, with a focus on on-site monitoring and hands on investigative sites.
  • Track record of high-volume site engagement, with ample amounts of monthly visits multitasking all phases and diverse therapeutic areas.
  • Able to commit to and proven to achieve a hybrid work model of 3 days in person with domestic travel.
