AD Evidence Synthesis
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Research Scientist to lead and contribute to evidence synthesis projects, including systematic literature reviews (SLRs), targeted literature reviews (TLRs), and network meta-analyses (NMAs). This role is pivotal in generating high-quality, methodologically sound evidence to support healthcare decision-making, policy development, and strategic consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and execute SLRs, TLRs, and NMAs across a range of therapeutic areas.
- Develop protocols, search strategies, and data extraction frameworks in alignment with PRISMA and other relevant guidelines.
- Critically appraise and synthesize clinical, economic, and real-world evidence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including health economists, statisticians, and medical writers.
- Present findings to clients and stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to methodological innovation and best practices.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., epidemiology, public health, health economics, life sciences).
- 5+ years of experience in evidence synthesis within a consultancy, academic, or industry setting.
- Proficiency in literature databases (e.g., PubMed, Embase), reference management tools, and statistical software (e.g., R, STATA).
- Strong understanding of HTA requirements and evidence standards.
