The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow business across the BENELUX region. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with hospitals, pathology labs, and private laboratories across BENELUX.
- Drive sales growth through strategic account planning and execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Provide consultative support and product expertise to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management within healthcare or diagnostics, ideally in pathology.
- Strong understanding of the BENELUX healthcare market.
- Strategic mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and at least one local language (Dutch or French preferred).
- Background in life sciences, biology, or a related field is highly desirable.
